Requirements:
XF 2.2+

Description:

Set a time limit for editing each post individually

Features:

Ability to set the time after which editing the post will be prohibited
Users with "Edit any post" permission will ignore this limit
The value of this limit overrides "Time limit on editing own messages (minutes)" permission (if not set unlimited)
REST API support:
Post edit additional input Post edit additional input ozzmodz_petl_end_date
Extended post entity output (ozzmodz_petl_end_date column and can_edit_time_limit getter)
