Zendesk for Easy Digital Downloads allows you to bring your helpdesk, powered by Zendesk, into your blog or site for customers who have purchased your products.
Easy to configure
Single Sign On with Zendesk’s Remote Authentication lets your users submit tickets, check their progress and add their thoughts to the community forum without ever having to login to Zendesk. Just add the [edd_zendesk] shortcode to your support page, enter your API login credentials in the Easy Digital Downloads Settings -> Extensions tab under “Zendesk” and you are ready to go! If a user is logged in, when they access your support page, they will be automatically redirected to your Zendesk landing page. If they are not logged in, it will load the support page, where you can include information about needing to be logged in.
