there have been some reports of firebase bill spike. I will encourage you to delete firebase cloud functions, then disable use firebase from the backend settings, so the system can use your server resources to do the trip matching or driver matching.
Try this setting or steps above and report if your firebase billing goes down in few days

There are some people who seems to be having error on the order summary page on the backend.
Solution: Please make sure your have uploaded files and folders in the update owner to your server correctly.
You can also delete the vendor folder and upload the vendor folder from the new owners.zip file

For those that followed the previous announcement and still having issue on the "Summary report page", if you have access to terminal either from your cpanel or your ssh terminal.
1. Open the terminal
2. cd into the project folder. e.g cd home\public_html\admin\ (this is just an example of the path)
3. now run this command in the directory: composer dump-autoload

There are some reported cases with the glover firebase cloud function showing error when deploying. From our end there seems not to be any issue. Base on some of the reported issues, we are attaching a patch for just the Firebase cloud function deploy issue to this announcement.

Bugs
There are two major bugs reported with high concern from project owners:

- No notification to vendor or customer app on new order
- COD Payment remains Pending after order has been completed

Solutions: We have attached a Patch-Backend.zip to this announcement, please download and extract to your backend, just like you will do when updating your backend.

Notable Mentions
Driver background Location Issue We have worked on the reported issue several times. We have tested on multiple devices with even multiple project owners, the background works in most cases, it was concluded that some phones, kills/freeze app is background mode after a while or base on settings. There is almost every possible solution available that has been implemented, so to those thinking we are ignoring the issue, thats not just the case. I will advice those having the issue should checkout the app settings (not phone settings, check the app info) on the phone to see if there are missing unapproved permission(s) We even try to implement collecting location when app is killed, but you all saw the messages from google review team. We for those yet to update/upload to google play you can able the background_location permission and see if this makes any difference to your background issue.
