PS : i signed up myself and got it. Although i never used most of the freebies. The plan ends this December.

There is a way to get it free, but it take time and not alway success. I got a few free accounts before but when I see this offer, I paid for it first. Before, I paid $15 for another account from another guy in our forum.
The Edu pack of Github worth thousand dollars, $10 for it is really cheap!
