I would want to see raw server stats for this domain. While it sounds like a good name for a domain from 1998, most people now a days don't search for warez anymore, in fact, Google responds with less than 900 searches for the keyword phrase " warez downloads"
Toss some traffic, if it is decent, I might be interested, but I would require escrow through Epik.com as well as access to the raw server stats and NOT just a screenshot.

So let's be 100% honest, it has no long tail domain search phrases and it is traffic at 0 which means it is a raw naked domain with nothing. Domain age means nothing then in this case as there is no flow of residual traffic from a high PR value.

I'll toss you a bone here, you would probably have a lot more luck getting rid of this on NamePros but I can tell you, (As you can very plainly see) I am not a newbie at domaining and the people there make me look like an infant in knowledge... so be prepared for low pricing and many questions.

no I understand its more now of a vanity domain more than anything else, someone searching for a specialty domain - and I agree with you the term "warez" is dying out to the point of being steal vs back in 2000 was booming

For someone who is a he**phile that domain is worth THOUSANDS however, I just hang onto it so no one else can register it. If you search the term on Google it has MASSIVE return for results for the search term...it could and WOULD be THE authorative site on the internet for it's particular psychological dysfunction.
But something is only worth what someone will pay for it. I have many domains that are very old that sit in my registrar year after year and collect dust... why? Because Im too lazy to go through all my registrars and clean them out.
