Advise Needed From Experienced WhatsApp Bulk Message Marketers?

To all my babiato community friends who has experience in whatsapp bulk message marketing, specially to to them who has experience in India market; I need few advices on my decision.


I am purchasing US numbers from this website (https://fanytel.com/) as they are cheap like $2/month. I have decided to use them for sending bulk whatsapp message.

I am collecting Indian business owner's numbers using google map extractor, filtering their whatsapp number using Bulk whatsapp software.
Then decided to send them promotional message in right ways: In one number maximum 100 to 200 message per day, 40 to 50 message in one slot. Some random seconds gap between each message (which will be done by software). This way I will avoid the whatsapp bans for many days

Then I will send them promotional message related to my product. My question/doubt is which IP address I should use to send message. I know that whatsapp can't read my message, but it can track my IP address. As I am sending from India using US whatsapp number; Should I send message using Indian IP address or by using USA IP address (By using VPN).

No bans are there for other reasons, not IP issue

Thanks for reply. Can you plz tell me little info about your marketing strategy in whatsapp. I mean how many contacts you send wp messages per hour from an number (for safe).
