I would say Mail Engine! You can get it at just $67 a year subscription. Quite cheaper as compared to its alternatives. It has content spinner and spam words checker and many other features which makes email marketing easy & profitable.

Use "Sendy" with Amazon SES. after Quota increase request from amazon you can send upto 50k email per day. hardly cost you $5 for 50k emails.

what is better in aspect of easy to work on mail campaign's and autoresponders, fast send (no limitations), price, support :

You can always use Mautic + Mailgun which would cost almost (if you go into the Flex plan of Mailgun) and a VPS to host Mautic
