Amazon Affiliate link based on visitor Country

Scenario: I have two Amazon Affiliate Accounts. One for Amazon.in and other for Amazon.com. I have placed one affiliated link. Now what I wanna do is if the visitor is from India then upon click it will redirect using Amazon.in affiliate link else redirect using Amazon.com

How to achieve this? Can we do this with any plugin? Or using any javascript lib or API call?
