I have this problem: I don't really know about android studio but I want to create an android app.

Will I be able to do that by following the documentation?

Yes you will be, there are many tutorials available.
you have to know java. Start with simple app first.

forget java, try kotlin on android studio, and back to basic, programming fundamental. good luck
