How to enable this?

Installed,and seems that i don't see it where to enabled in Options/Public Navigations.
I also not see it anywhere else options about it.
I did give permission to "yes" for admin only.
Thanks for advice on this.

So to Recap:
*If you have a default style works out of the box.
*If you using a custom style/theme u have to edit:

Appearance/Styles: YOUR STYLE NAME - Templates
Edit template: PAGE_CONTAINER

Search for: <ul class="p-footer-linkList">

Or it should be At line: 1040. , And add this lines:


<xf:if is="$xf.tosUrl">
<li><a href="http://YOUR-DOMAIN-HERE.com/emailsubscription/manage">{{ phrase('Email Subscription') }}</a></li>
</xf:if>
