Does anyone have any previous experience in drawing out animating the website like this,
I've been exploring the option but need some advice to implement in WordPress.Some quick way to achieve it?

Bread crumb... Drive's Starter Theme using Timber, Twig and ACF custom fields
i think this is a custom design website...

Yes indeed it is a custom design, i got through the source.
But Timber is something, thanks for shedding light on it,
