Any Idea on how to do this on YouTube?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to share a YouTube screen when you're filming or recording in this manner:

You can skip to 0:30 to get an idea (I mean the YouTube screen in the video which the creator is reacting to. I was wondering on how to go about it. Thanks!

if youre using imove you just do a picture in a picture with the green screen option. but you would have to record the video first and add it in

Thanks for this! However, I fear recording first and adding that would be a lot of work. Just looking for a software that will allow both at a go.
