Hey guys. I decompiled one of the apk file with APK Easy Tool. There is a screen we get in the app after splash screen. I want to skip that screen somehow. Is it possible with decompiled files or do I need the full source code of the app to do it?

It's not a splash screen. It's the screen that comes after the splash screen. I don't think it's possible to remove it without the source code :/
