hi guys
I hate asking for help but I been stuck in this roadblock for the past week, reading articles all over the place around this but not being able to fix it.

The problem scenario is the following: If a paying subscriber is logged out and returns to the website, goes to the Members Only page (which is basically the blog that is all protected) as expected they see the “Please subscribe” message. So what they do is click on login and, thanks to Peter’s login redirect plugin, sends them to the /members-only/ page and have access. So far, everything works as expected since they can see the posts and protected content.

The problem is if they click on another unprotected page or if they go to a blog post and then go back to “see all posts” (/members-only/ url). If they go back on the /members-only/ blog, then it shows as if they were logged out or not subscribers, showing them the same “Please subscribe message”, mistakenly.

What’s interesting is that this never happens if they do not visit the member’s only site first (seems like caching I thought).
Another interesting bit is that, in the scenario where they were able to login without visiting the members only page first and so far everything is working as expected, if they click on log out, and the WP interface shows up to confirm it, the protected blog keeps showing up, even when logged out.

My first fix on this was the SSL to make sure users were not signing into a http and then having a https issue..so I installed Really Simple SSL plugin and made sure there were no http addresses on the myphpadmin. I did found some and I replaced them with https. Confirmed this is a resolved layer which I’ve seen that happens a lot in this forum as fix.

Second thing I did, per their article here:
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/using-caching-plugins-paid-memberships-pro/ was making sure that both my caching plugin (LiteSpeed) and CDN (Clourflare) are not caching the login or member’s sites, neither logged in users.
This didn’t work either. So I disabled both plugins and CDN. It still didnt do any difference.

Thirdly, I cloned the site, under /staging/ and deactivated plugins, changed theme to the Twenty Twenty one, with a fresh WP installation and same issue happened.
On the last instance, I did disabled the plugin and did not have the login or logout issues as admin.

I literally ran out of ideas, if anyone has any or has experimented something similar (and yes, my bff Google found some articles that led me to those three solutions up there…) please let me know... this is the list of plugins I have installed and on right now:
