Hi everyone,

Im using the theme Veolas to make a conference webpage, since I fucked up their normal website.
BUT, I have a problem actually with Elementor, I cannot save my work. Because every time I tried to save I obtain this error message:
1587740395324.png

Server error (403 error).

I dont have wordfence or anything more that things included with this theme...so I dunno why I can save.
Its the first time I had to use Elementor too, normally I use WP Backery visual composer...so, I had no idea how to resolve this problem.

If anyone have an idea how to resolve this irritating issue, let me know...

If ModSecurity is enabled on your server it can give this error.

The theme come bundled with Elementor...so I think its not the problem.

As I always say: Google is your best friend

Start with last one if you have wordfence installed then memory limit in wp-config

Code:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Edit: your memory limit is too high, also max execution time. You don't want to wait 50 minutes for something stuck.

Modsecurity is now disabled, and the problem remain persistant.
Is definitely something security related as the 403 error is Permission Denied.

Definitely no other security plugin installed? It's unlikely but might be worth checking directory permissions.

Also in your WP Dashboard go to Elementor > System Info and see if there are any errors listed in the Log.

Don't you have multiple instances of the same page open after a crash for instance. So the file is locked.

Try to use Astra or Hello, but that will require to build the site pages from scratch. But this way you'll see if its elementor related or theme related.

Disable all Elementor Add-ons except Elementor and Elementor Pro and try again.

There's a conflict between those add-ons.

To be honest....I remove and reinstall wordpress completly. I cant work with this theme.
Bad because it fit well for my need. BUT, it can't work.
All plugins deactivated (except elementor)...and remain a 403 error.
First time I saw that.

Then try Hello theme and check.
