Today after updating Bridge theme...I received a beautiful white screen...

A critical error has occurred on your site.

But the main problem...is...we dont have access by ftp...so I cant fix the problem.

Do you have any way to do that without ftp access ?

@GuiltyConscience Add this at the end of your site url:

/wp-login.php?action=entered_recovery_mode

so it should look like

example.com//wp-login.php?action=entered_recovery_mode

it should show you something like this:

2020-04-22 21_26_34-Log In WordPress.png

If this doesn't work then the only solution is trough ftp/sftp

I took the link posted from my email after I simulated a critical error in wp. There were no special tokens attached to it.
But if you have cpanel access then it should be an easy job now.

Did you try to download, edit and upload back?
also do you have a .maintenance ([dot]maintenance) file in httpdocs folder? If yes, just delete it and try to access your site again.

More than sure one of the plugins is conflicting with new theme version. Make a backup first, files & database, then try to delete them separately, one by one, or if you can provide a list of plugins I can eventually point a direction where to look first.

Unless you can modify from panel you're kinda stuck. You need ftp/sftp to make the changes.

Yup exactly! And before doing nothing, I maked a backup with All-in-One wp, but unfortunately, the backup cannot work on my side (I suppose it because plesk...or I dunno). So...their Bridge theme was version 6.1, with wp backery visual composer, and now the theme come with elementor...So, I will host their websites on my side and remake their websites from a scratch. It was only a small page for their events (5 websites for 5 differentes regions).
So I will make 1 website as a template for them, and they will just have to change the picture inside and the content to fit their regions. More simple for them to manage than 5 differents website template.
Meeting with them in 1 hour about that.

It's for a non-profit organization ... So I want to give them something good. Here's a look at what one of their sites was:

Cancerto Outaouais

So, if someone have an idea wich theme use to make a similar website (but better, because their actual is really ugly), let me know.
I dont have enough time, because their websites need to be on this monday.
