ipricethailand is/might be using a custom CART or a popular cart with generator tags removed. It might be from -Woocommerce, shopify, magento or Opencart. But it uses a Template called MUSTACHE. so if any of the Shopping carts system above have a template called Mustache, then it must be it. There are many costly integrations in the site which you can get the cheaper version on WP or sourced in other carts if you want ecom site.
I'm quite sure this is a custom built application. The iPrice group is a big Malaysian company with websites for many countries in Southeast Asia.
The template 'Mustache' mentioned by @Mikel kraft is part of Google's official AMP project (see here: https://amp.dev/documentation/components/amp-mustache/) on which the front-end of the site is built.

Yeah , just about same with my calculation. That's why I said he will only get a cheaper version with WP or any other script because that's a large corporation... For the Template good noting that is an AMP template.
