It can be used on Google Blogger Blogspot as XML Theme. For HTML you have to be coder who can convert XML to HTML Page.

Only copy and paste the XML file : theme-aulian-v2.xml
For blog-03-09-2021.xml, you may try to import from Settings
Template works without any modify things
Edit. Sorry, this encrypted template, so here what you have to do

Should decrypt some codes so you can change the footer line.
Or, After re-import all fine
This template only good in landing page, but archive page, too bad
Just test in mobile view = messed header... the rest is too classic. Win only at homepage
Just in case still error changing footer, just hide the code and add your own copyleft or something

It's not matter, most blogger theme are premium not nulled. The first person who bought edit the template and share it, as it is.
Although has routine check and encrypted, it just to avoid other designer modify and sale as new product template.

Whats mean if you buy it from dev and he forced you to keep his website in footer than your URL ?!

He bought template which is not full.
Some of .dev may kept the backlink, of course not all .dev will do.
For me the important thing is, that this template is fully works. Add some <!-- and --> will do the rest.
And last MagOne keeps to encrypt the codes? Which very important to buyer for customization.
