Based on humongous amount of details you provided this is the answer:
you have to create a custom script to act as a bridge between site 1 and site 2
this will also match post fields from site 1 to site 2 based on your manual match entry on setup
you will need to set a cron or make another snippet on site 1 that will detect your new post and automatically call the bridge.

Are you sure is about wordpress?
Some have to learn how to make a proper request and to give as many details as possible when they ask for some help. Do you remember the "my car doesn't work" posts?
Late edit: also it was in incorrect section. Moved from moneymaking to website support.

sorry i forgot to put wordpress to my details. been trying hours to look for solution
anyway will try that plugin suggestion thank you @phpcore
there's no section for wordpress for asking question only resources so i went to moneymaking as there's some similar thread asking question which related to wordpress so i went there, i didn't go to Website Support & Development as i thought its only for this forum(babiato) support and dev.
