In theory a larger video will result in a slower load. In practice, however, it's not always the case.
I've made two copies of the same exact site in the same environment.
The background in the first site has a 4 MB video. The second one is 1..9 MB
First one scored 75 in Page Insights, while the second one scored 63.
Is there something else to be optimized in a video other than its size? Perhaps its content?
