Bad Global page speed? (4sec for asia and 1sec for europe)

My Server is in Germany
with:

-WP Rocket
-NO CDN

RESULTS:
1. Germany 922ms
2. Asia 4.38s
3. Pacific 4.39s
4. North America 2.11s

Do you get similar results? How can I improve?

Use Cloudflare CDN or other CDN. This normal that you have big load time, because your hosting provider have servers in Europe.
For example I have server in Czech Republic - load time in Pacific is 3.61 s (same as you: no CDN, WP rocket)

idcloudhost
they even have better speed
4-3 from usa (even lower if that from europe)
and nearly 1 second or less on asia-sea
(indonesia server) but yeah... that also depend of the resource that you have on the website
