if you mean Streaming than you need to buy there Paid plans, Free plan doesnt support streaming.

i replied you, for others information : the streaming option not active by default. you need to contact there support and get it activated they do it in minutes via live chat, after activated You can just upload files and video embed option will be available after file upload get completed.
