Best Website Performance Plugin

Hello Guys, i'm using Wp super Cache and Wp optimizer and Autoptimize to improve my site performance, it's works, but the point is that in mobile version my site still slowly.

is there any thing missing?

just use one plugin for optimization, if you really need other functionality, make sure to not use same features on multiple plugin.

but they are diferent
one for cache and other for database optimization

The thing is mobile version always slower than desktop version. Maybe removing or don't load unnecessary script and css will help.

Thats what i did, and have some impact.

Is there anyway to reduce functionalities on mobile version, that will stil working on web version?
