I own a genuine license which is active but the plugin author has a download limit of 3 times on his site !!! and he does not reply to request for help been waiting weeks. useless

I own a genuine license which is active but the plugin author has a download limit of 3 times on his site !!! and he does not reply to request for help been waiting weeks. useless bought twice and never again appalling support

if you do an update from the installed site, and extract the plugin ? then will need to null it
