1) It depends firstly on the particular theme/plugin etc, you can't sell licence keys for themeforest/codecanyon items. But anything you own a multisite licence for is okay. Secondly it's not recommended to sell the key directly but rather to install the item and activate the licence on the buyers website for them.

2) This is awarded by Tomz when you have a track record of uploading resources.

Can't now as tried doing it through own resource thread.

They been here since 2019, plenty of time for them to read Babiato rules about selling 😒
