then if that's not working then the problem is going to be on the host side
and without any real information about the error, you are actually getting it's going to be impossible to fix
you are going to need to provide error log information
why have you not asked your hosting provider to look into it for you as you mentioned you are on shared hosting pretty much all managed hosting providers will help with site migrations

My dearest Babiato members, problem solved.
It was a ini. user something file in the main directory from the wordfence security plugin, when this file was deleted everything went back to normal.
