Can't Open Some Sites On My Notebook!

Hello everyone, I've been having a weird problem for some time now. I actually have two notebooks that I use for work. Almost all websites open correctly in the first notebook, however, some do not open in the second. And 'err_connection_timed_out' this error message comes up. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? I would appreciate any help you can provide.

maybe it happened because there is a problem with your network dns

Check your AV software & firewall - some will block certain URLs because they believe the site is "suspect" (e.g. they usually block most sites which allow software etc to be downloaded for free, and anything which could be subject to copyright)

Also, check your Windows hosts file in case anything is blocking sites there.

Thanks for the responses. I have already checked my Windows hosts file and there is nothing that can block sites. However, I have flushed and renewed the DNS Cache via the command line. After doing that my issue got resolved. One of the solutions from this article helped me to resolve the issue.
