I installed it in WordPress 6.1.1 on PHP 7.4.11 and it showed an error and you have to change 'continue' to 'continue2' ... not to 'continue 2'. There will be no space between 'continue' and '2', otherwise it will give a FATAL ERROR. You will find the file to change in this location inside your WordPress installation directory : ...\wp-content\plugins\catchers-helpdesk-premium\src\Helpers . Hope this will help. I will update after testing it.

Update: It didn't help. It caused more FATAL ERRORS.

Conclusion: It is not working. :(
