Try "Easy Cache Wiper" app in the play store.. It allows you to Wipe ART/Dalvik cache and partition cache quickly without going to recovery. But, you need root access to use this application. If you are a Samsung user, you can try Samsung Odin for rooting. It's useless try "Easy Cache Wiper" without root access.

Do keep in mind though if you are going to root your phone that latest models have a physical protection that once tripped will void Knox and all Knox enabled apps - such as Samsung Pay, Health, etc - and will not be able to reverse - do to the physical nature of the protection.

I prefer to manually clear the cache on my phone using a file manager such as EU File Manager. This way I will not be able to lose important data and files. If this happens, then I can restore them using Uneraser. But this only works with SD cards that connect to a PC.

Yes I agree with you.. In this case VirtualXposed (virtualxposed.org) will be helpful.. It allow users to run Xposed modules without root access. In this case, Smart booster Xposed module cloud clean cache in one-click. Actually, VirtualXposed is the best solution to enjoy root benefits (not all) without root access as it runs root apps virtually
