add a private url, access them from that proxy site, check url on server logs, block ip

you can get real ip from visitors using CF-Connecting-IP or X-Forwarded-For header

take down a cloudflare ip, good luck

Since it's a proxy site is easy to get the REAL ip behind but this can be only done by someone with access to server

Bypassing IP of cloudflare will point back to babiato,

I can create 100 sites like this .. it is mirroring (like proxy with mask) .. free traffic

About seo, it can't be indexed so still safe therr
