If you needed to set up a client/server "classroom" environment for a Sharepoint server app and Windows client apps, and you needed to do it on someone else's hardware (ie, "in the cloud"), who would you go to?
The web is lousy with companies offering cloud based training environment servers, but I'm not seeing many that also offer desktops. For lots of reasons, though, this is the approach I think we need to take for our training environment.
Ideas?
