Converting pages to post affects SEO ?

I am planning to convert pages into posts. The url will be the same. Will it affect SEO?
I am doing this because i made a website year ago where i used pages to post articles. But now i think the Post format will be more user and SEO friendly. What you think this change will affect SEO?

You shouldn't have problems if the structure will be the same, for search engines shouldn't find any changes
