CRM what is best choice?

I'm desperate...lately I use perfex crm and freshdesk paid version.

Perfex miss some featues like email log for deals.

Freshdesk it's a bit expensive but work.
What do you suggest to do?

I have some difficult to find a crm who send proposal like perfex. Any suggestion?

CRM is very big ecosystem like ERP.
it depends on your business domain, business process and team effort.
Also there are *best* crm for certain companies but that one wont fit others need.
i have some experience with ERP and CRM system, because i used to work in company that develops both of them

yes i like a lot but missing email log and the lead part it's a bit poor of features..
Now i'm annoying about graphic of my freshdesk account, i need to upgrade the plan because i can't change homepage

I use Perfex for multiple reasons, there is indeed no email log, but why do you need it ?
If you check the send emails in the invoices its okay, if you can trust your server, then theres no problem.

Hi Smile, perfex is good but i can't track all email not only invoice and proposal or how many phone call with client...
that's why...at least i choose hubspot premium

Why not customize Perfex and add some features you want ?

the reason is I already speak with a lot developer and explain me, the problem is perfex it's a lot of different framework united and private, you cant edit a lot.

For a completely free CRM ... Try SuiteCRM, it's based on SugarCRM and offers enough options for the majority of businesses. Just take a look.

Heard lots of great things about gohighlevel. not sure if they provide this feature or not though. You need to ask them about it.
