Delivery - Costumer confirmation

Hi there, I'm looking for a plugin who makes possible to Courier to deliver the product, and the the costumer when his receiving, the courier cliks to the bottom Delivered, and into the costumer profile its open a popup wich blocks all screen till he mark as received or not.

its can be a plugin or code. please someone
