These are all fake DMCA's You guys should send a counter DMCA. Envato is a marketplace, they don't own any copyrights. DMCA Pro is a legit company based in California. Their english is better then this! I would also send an email to DMCA Pro telling them someone is impersonating them.

The only effect is that the page which was reported will be removed from Google. But yea, nothing holds Babiato from making another thread with the same source lol, and it will still rank very fast.
