I meant the 2.0.2 version downloaded from github.
Rolled back to 2.0.1 and all was good.

Then I ultimately decided to hit it manually toying with css and html on headers and footers and establishing divs with repeated backgrounds and margins and.. you get the point..

Ended up deleting the module
