it says not activated, i cant install also Pre-Packaged plugins since it needs to be activated.

You cannot activate but it works fine (cant do the auto demo with the bundled plugin)
Unzip & Copy theme to theme folder...
activate
install required plugins from themes menu..
manually copy/install 2 plugins except demo plugin from inc folder
activate both plugins
Install one click demo import from wp plugins
Import content, widgets & customizer (from demo data folder)

You are done... (Main menu doesnt import well.. so just create another menu or modify main menu)

Ohoo but i have not entered any code into my wordpress admin panel simply uploaded zip and theme worked maybe they bring this feature in v1.9.3
