I couldn't solve the problem, but I tried the command you said, I saw it on stackoverflow, I deleted the project, I got angrythose 2 are very common flutter commands, shouldn't give you any problems.
Just to make sure, you need to run each, separately. Flutter doctor -v shows if there's any problem with dependencies and if you're missing something or if something's isn't running as it should.
Also which version of flutter you're using?
