Hey Community!

I am interested in learning, and I am sure many of us here are too, what types of documents and formal touch points are needed when running a design agency or creative studio. What sort of materials and tools do both the designer and client stakeholders interact with + what content go into those - which tools are best for that - how to organize those in a organized operational way.

To start, I think invoices, project contracts which discuss the scope and deliverables, possibly an MSA, a team structure/role document. But beyond that what else is used and required? Obviously a proposal is needed but what are the full components to that? Same with a discovery document or presentation; client questionnaire or survey; what goes into that? A process document?
I know a report document is required but those I think are more tied to a certain deliverable or task for example a monthly report on social growth or a SEM campaign or even as simple as quarterly site traffic.
aiga has some starting recourses on their site but they dont have the types that are used as agency/studio process or management.

Please, share any documents you use, know of, and link any resources already shared on this forum or that you want posted!
I am confident many members will love to see and use this list!
Ty!
