There are always positive and negative opinons, and that applies to any company in the world.
I myself use several domain names from their company and have not experienced any problems yet (I don't have any hosting plan with them, only domains).
Many of us buy domain names , and use their own DNS from their dedicated/vps server , so the comments about their hosting , ssd disks etc falls away then.
But still you are right to mention the negative and positive points here , and appreciate that very much.
