Access your blog Layout > and click on the Add a Gadget > LinkList > in the section Secondary Menu . There will already be a linklist and edit

LAYOUT > PANEL CONTENT > CHOOSE LINK LIST
LAYOUT > PANEL LOGO > IMAGE (CHOOSE YOUR LOGO)
DONE!
No need to edit special codes. To make everything like the demo page, you should add all layout, so you will know, how to customize.

You should change, how many label want to display it and slice it every (how many label)
See the last line from below script: The 99 is (how many label you to display), slide every 6 labels in row.
