just look at the marketer theme from generatepress pro site library https://generatepress.com/site-library/, its based on that theme , and also they are using generateblocks to help with the design

It's not kind of advanced skills, you can ask someone you know who has a basic of CSS copy/ paste skills, copy their styles to your site in Customize/ Advanced CSS. On GeneratePress theme + free GenerateBlocks customize, most of features & design the same that site can do easily.
