I am aware of this however upon installing Elementor pro it spits an error back:

/wp-content/themes/geobin/inc/parallax/extend-section.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Elementor\ElementsKit_Extend_Section_Parallax, because the name is already in use

"ElementsKit" is not used by Elementor Pro. It seems the theme authors have simply copied the code for parallax sections from the plugin ElementsKit, an add-on for Elementor.
Do you have that installed, by any chance? If so and if possible, disabling the Parallax Module might remedy the error.
