Yes. You can develop this with WordPress. Have a look at Corporate Themes for Business for WordPress on Themeforest, and check if that one is available here on Babiato. If not, you can request for it, or buy it yourself!

You can use a theme called Astra. It can do anything you ask it to do. It can cook, wash, clean and even **k for you. Lol jx kidding. It can literally do anything with the help of elementor/pro.

Hi.
That site used custom .php framework (not WordPress, Joomla!, or Drupal). It's also used obsolete (dangerous!) version of .php - 5.5.9.
And yes, it can be done via Wordpress. It would probably require some custom .javascript scripts to make what you want, but it is also possible as well. You could even drag some .javascript scripts from there to use for your own benefits.
