[HELP] HOW To Make Posts On Subdomain Appear On the Main Domain Front-page

Please I want to show the content on My Subdomain (News.ghanaflaver.com) to appear on the main Domain homepage which is Www.ghanaflaver.com.
A good example is this site www.ghanamotion.com shows it's Subdomain (News.ghanamotion.com) on the front page.
Anyone to guide me through this successfully?

It could be achieved using [News Ticker] plugin and in my opinion following is the best plugin to use and simply link content back to your subdomain, Simplez!

Thanks for taking your time replying...but I'm not talking about news ticker... kindly visit this site www.ghanamotion.com and click on anything news..it share take you to the Subdomain...it doesn't use any plugin to do so

I could do it so many different ways, now I got your point.

Create a post with only featured image and title and don't put any content in the content box and use following simple plugin to redirect your post link to your subdomain - simplez!
