I have an internet connection which is 2Mbps limit. 
when downloading a game via Steam, it is the fastest download without any speed limit. But in Epic Games and Rockster, it is limited to 2Mbps. I tried with different VPNs but nothing changed.
Is there a way to remove the 2Mbps limit for normal web browsing and downloads? (Because there is no limit on Steam)
