What's up guys,
Recently, I was charged by Yahoo Small Business, the problem is that I don't even know that my paypal account was linked to their services.
About 1 or 2 years ago, I tried their services, just for 1 week even less just to get to know their system and I don't remember that I linked my paypal and even worse I don't know my Yahoo Small business account credentials. And about 4 days ago, I was charged $ 120 for their services and it was an "automatic payment".
Knowing this, what are my alternatives for trying to get a refund? Because the payment was "authorized" in some way, so I can't ask for a refund due to an unauthorized action
