Help Please Woodmart Theme

I am using woodmart theme. It shows mobile layout when i am using 100% in chrome or any browser in PC.
But when I decrease the size to 90% it shows, Pc version. How to fix that? i want it show pc version even in 100% size. Screenshot attached of 90% and 100% browser view.
Please Help experts.

i am not using it, but i am trying to help
disable elementor and all its plugins if any, and clear cache and test again
if not solved check for the breakpoint for the theme and take note for it, and change it a little bit and check again. and tell me what is the results?

Wherever my imagination takes me
This is probably due to wrongly configured breakpoints (I'm suspecting a max-width in the wrong place). I suppose you know how to work with developers tools in Chrome. Check what CSS is called when in 100% and 90%. It should get you on a path to find where the configuration is wrong.
