Help with woocommerce Plain text email format

I have a few questions about my woocommerce Plain text email template format. Below is what my new order Plain text format email looks like. This is just an example.

#1 Why do the products have a (16) , (8), and (10) after the product title? I dont see those numbers anywhere in woocommerce.
#2 Where do I customize the format of the Plain text emails? I already use Yith email customizer for my HTML emails

Any help would be great
