Hey babiato,

I really like your website. I need something to know about linking. If I link to a pirated content. Is it legal or illegal? Like I have seen most of the content of your website is not hosted by yourself. Those content is hosted on different site like mega. I want to make a website on song & movie. Most of the downloading links are there on google. Can I add link those website? Will I face any DMCA issue? or it is better to provide sign up to download section? Please tell me...

Yes ,This is also illigal because sharing copyright products/Videos..etc without permission also illegal...wherever you host...In begining you won't face any DMCA issues later your website grow or huge traffic you will get DMCA notice...if you want to host or share copyright products, use offshore or DMCA ignore hosting...Note : Offshore hosting also not help you longlasting so always save your backup of your website and change hosting if it takedown...

Sharing infringed content is equally illegal as hosting files. Sooner or later you will start to get DMCA notices in your domain mailbox and if your host provider doesn't ignore DMCA notices your web hosting account will be suspended.

Also, sign up to download will drastically decrease the possibility of file removal from sites like mega but it will not keep your own site safe from the DMCA report.

To decrease your chance to get report and suspension you can use sites like https://nullrefer.com/ and a good DMCA ignored hosting which will ignore all of your DMCA notices. Also, getting a domain extension that is not under ICANN can help you a lot in the long run. Such domains could be .to, .is , .ga etc.

Thanks for your suggestion buddy. If I use .com domain is it risky buddy? & can I use adsense there? or alternative other?

.com domain is under ICANN so you will lose it when you start to get a lot of DMCA complaints. On the other hand, you can use Google Adsense and the alternatives in any Top Level Domains.

Thanks a lot buddy. Now I understood everything. But one thing can you make me clear? Does babiato get any DMCA or can I use .org domain for my movie site?

How about making your own hosting at home ? will dmca contact the provider ? i had one time uploading around 20 pirated content, never updated, just curious, i even not setup nice SEO etc, and 3 month after that, they suspend my account with a lawyer notice. Lol. They work very hard.
